Doctor of Medicine (1998) and Nubiola Award (1999) from the Academy of Medical Sciences of Catalonia and the Balearic Islands. Master’s Degree in Integrated Health Services Management from the ESADE School of Advanced Business Studies (DSIS 2003-04 and EMDOS / EMHOL 2014-15) with a training stay at Georgetown University (Washington, USA). Member of the Boards of Directors of several national and international scientific societies. Responsible for the robotic surgery innovation line at IDIBELL (since 2009). Director and head of the International Course on Gynecological Surgery at the Bellvitge University Hospital. Associate professor at the University of Barcelona.
